Learn how functional living exercises can help you maintain your functional fitness – that is the ability to perform everyday tasks such as getting in and out of automobiles, carrying grocery bags, negotiating curbs and stairs, and doing household chores. This does not happen by luck or accident, you consciously need to work at maintaining your mobility. This presentation will educate you on the importance of taking preventive action and why the Functional Living Exercise program is for you.
