Clients receiving care from these programs can request Schofield Home Health Care Services as their provider of choice for their licensed home care needs.

• Last year we expanded our scope of service to offer Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) Aides who provide daily living supports to Traumatic Brain Injury program participants.
