Schofield's Adult Day Health Care Services include:

• Nursing care

• Health care monitoring of blood pressure, blood sugar levels, medications and other health regimes

• Personal care services

• Occupational therapy

• Physical therapy

• Speech therapy

• Audiology

• Nutritional guidance

• Therapeutic recreation

• Social work

Transportation, to and from the registrants' home and the Schofield Adult Day Health Care Program will be arranged.
