The Schofield Story

 

Welcome to Schofield, one of the oldest and most respected providers of long term care services in Western New York. In 1910, Dr. Jennie Schofield and a group of community volunteers founded the "Wheel Chair Home" in the city of Buffalo as a not-for-profit home for the elderly and disabled. Today the Schofield Residence and our affiliates continue to provide quality health care services in our nursing facility and community-based health care programs.
