Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) - New York State certified. Provides non-professional nursing services and aid to residents with activities of daily living (ADL's), under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - NYS licensed and registered. Delivers nursing care to residents and administers medications.
Registered Nurse (RN) - NYS licensed and registered. Staff position. Responsible for assuring optimum nursing care for residents.
Nurse Aide Trainee - Learns to provide non-professional nursing services and aid to residents with activities of daily living (ADL's), under the supervision of an RN. Upon successful completion of training and testing, the individual is certified by New York State as a Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA).
Graduate LPN's and RN's - We also accept applications for nurses on permits, who have not yet taken the boards.
Housekeeper/ Laundry worker - Responsible for all cleaning duties throughout the facility and performs laundry duties. Includes processing soiled linen and garments, and distributing items to residents/departments.
Dietary aide - Assists in the preparation, service and clean up of foods and beverages. No experience necessary.

Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Personal care aides provide patients with assistance in the activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They provide the patient with help with basic personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, skin care, transfers with mechanical lifts, walking and exercise. They also assist with light housekeeping, shopping and light cooking.
Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home health aides provide nonprofessional nursing services and aid to patients with their activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Home Health Aides can provide the same care as PCA's, but are also trained to: provide range of motion; record fluid intake; take vital signs (weight, height, blood pressure, pulse); assist with dressing changes (bandaging); transfers with mechanical lifts; and can assist with home exercise programs under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist.
