Directions to the Schofield Residence Nursing Facility are as follows:

From Downtown Buffalo

• Take Route 190 North.
• Proceed to Exit 16 and take Route 290 East.
• Stay in the right lane on Route 290 East for approximately 2 miles.
• Proceed to Exit 1 - Elmwood Avenue.
• At traffic signal at end of Exit 1, continue straight onto Elmwood Avenue.
• Proceed ½ mile on Elmwood Avenue and the Schofield Residence will be on your left side.

From Rochester

• Take Route Interstate 90 West to the Williamsville Toll Barrier.
• Stay to the right after the toll barrier and take the exit to Route 290 West.
• Stay on 290 West and use Exit 1A - Route 384 South (Delaware Avenue).
• Stay in the right lane on Delaware Avenue for ¼ mile.
• Turn right on Knoche Road (Mobile Station at corner).
• At next traffic light, turn left onto Elmwood Avenue.
• Proceed ½ mile on Elmwood Avenue and Schofield Residence will be on your left side.
